After installing windows sp3 my player is not recognised. I recently upgraded both my computers to Windows 7 and then discovered that apparently there were no drivers for my player, plus my player cannot be detected by my computers. Same goes for video, photos, podcasts, etc.

CREATIVE ZEN NOT RECOGNIZED

Did my taking it apart mess it up? After you have creayive music you want, it will automatically save them to the ZEN music folder.
