BROADCOM BCM20702A0 DRIVER DOWNLOAD

When I needed to do a reinstall, Windows couldn't find the driver and both Broadcom and Best Buy washed their hands of it. Is there a specif driver that I can install to make sure this works accordingly? They have motivated customer service people who will help you resolve problems. The company that sells it to you either supports it or they don't. They have been antivirus scanned and verified to work. Hopefully with a bit more info we can figure out what is wrong! Question I am hoping someone could help me.

I've searched it up and downloaded so many drivers and the required software and still get no results.
